Acceptance of Terms of Use

This agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("You" or "Your") and ZoomInto.com Inc. regarding your access to and use of ZoomInto.com Inc’s. software and website (the "Site"). Any unauthorized use, copying or distribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
Proprietary Rights Restrictions

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and release ZoomInto.com Inc. its directors, officers, and employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or related to Your use, for any and all intents and or purposes, of the Site/Service/Software and/or any content contained therein.
Changes to the Software/Site/Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or any portion of the Site/Service/Software at any time, with or without notice.
